Very unpleasant experience

Kindly avoid this place to avoid troubles, it ruins all trip experience. Location is very difficult to find. Very narrow roads, very difficult to enter 4 wheelers. Even having narrow roads most of the space is occupied by the residents for parking. Hotel management and policies are another worst thing. They are not co-operative at all. They don't have roti or chapati in their food menu. Only rice and subji. Some customers were eating roti so we also requested for but they denied and said it is made by special demand and not available for everyone. Pathetic service. Booking was for 2 nights so somehow managed and adjusted by my family. It was 31st December midnight and no any new year activities. Will request to avoid this hotel, in Hyderabad there are lot of good properties cheaper than this hotel.

Fraud management. Shady hotel.

First thing first.. This hotel is run by Frauds. They take bookings, confirm it, then cancel them on own and dont even refund the money. Secondly, it is located in a extremely shady location, the one where you cannot go with your family AT ALL. (hope you all understand) I am a travel agent and we booked this hotel only because the requirement of client was of budget hotel. Immediately regretted the decision. We had an official confirmation from the owner of the property Mr. Abdul. Had paid the entire amount in advance, the receipt of which was acknowledged by the owner himself. Also had a written confirmation about early check-in for the guests. But when the client reached there, they were horrified by the location and its surroundings. More to that, they were told at the reception that there was no communication about the room booking. The reception person didnt have any record about the booking and the rooms were not available. The client was asked to leave. When contacted the owner about the same, he didnt even answer the calls. Later after 2 days he answered and said he was sorry about what happened and will refund the amount immediately. Now its over a month's time and he has not refunded any amount, nor he is answering any calls. Our one big mistake of booking this hotel in advance. Will never suggest this to anyone in future.
